What to Check Before Installing
If you cannot find the app, check your Apple ID region and the current download-page notes before looking elsewhere. Installing an unknown IPA is not a good workaround; it creates more account and device risk than it solves.
App Store route
Open the listed store link or search the app name, then confirm the developer and page details. If the listing is unavailable in your region, changing the Apple ID region may affect subscriptions, balance, and family sharing.
TestFlight route
TestFlight seats and builds expire. If the page says the test is full, your phone is not necessarily the problem. Return to the download page and check whether a new route is listed.
VPN Configuration Permission
iOS asks for permission to add a VPN configuration the first time you connect. This is normal for VPN apps. Approve it only after verifying the app source. If you denied the prompt, remove the old VPN profile in Settings and open the app again.
