When KuaiLian VPN says connected but nothing loads, disconnect first and test a normal webpage. If the internet fails without the VPN, fix the base network. If it only fails after connecting, look at DNS, routing, server choice, and conflicting proxy tools.
Identify the Scope
- All sites fail: likely DNS, routing, or local network stack.
- Only one app fails: check that app's region, account, and cache.
- Browser fails but other apps work: test another browser and clear cache.
- Phone works but PC fails: check firewall, virtual adapters, and security tools.
Useful Fixes
Switch networks
Move from Wi-Fi to mobile data, or from a school or office network to a personal hotspot. If one network works and another does not, the failing network may be limiting VPN or DNS traffic.
Try a different route or server
A server can accept a connection while its exit route has temporary trouble. Try a nearby region or automatic route, but do not treat any single node as a permanent guarantee.
Remove proxy conflicts
Disable browser proxy extensions, system proxies, other VPN clients, and network acceleration tools. Multiple tools changing routes at the same time often cause connected-but-no-internet symptoms.
Update or reinstall from the current source
If the issue started after an OS update, phone migration, or network change, check the current download page and reinstall only from the verified route.
A Simple Reality Check
Do not test with only one site. That site may have its own regional or account restriction. Test a search engine, a normal webpage, and your target app before deciding where the problem sits.
